Equity One INC. consumer loan ripoff Marlton New Jersey

I went to local pool company to purchase an above ground pool. The loan for the pool went through Equity One Inc. two days after signing the purchase agreement Equity One called and wanted to know how i liked my new pool , i said to them what pool! i had not even been given an installed date . they went on to say i had a payment due , i said wait a minute it has been two days and the pool company has not called to say when they plan to even look at my yard . they went on to say too bad you signed the purchase agreement and we will file suite if you do not pay. i hung up with them and called the pool company and asked them why they submitted a bill of purchase without, even coming out to the residence to look at my yard . two weeks later the pool was installed while i was at work , big mistake there. when i got home the one end of the pool was dug out 5 feet, it was an above ground pool . i called equity one and told them what they did and they called the pool company to come out and fix the problem , they refused and stopped working on the pool. equity one said as far as they were concerned the pool was mine and they would finance another pool ,i made repeated attempts to the pool company and no return calls from them. i made several calls to equity one who said the guy was being unprofessional and they had a fallen out with the pool company and do not plan to hear from them again. three months went by and i got a a paper from equity one with a quote to refinace my house and have all my bills put into one payment they had my credit card and car payment listed as well as the pool , i called them and asked them what was going on we dont know what you are talking about, i said what is the big idea sending this letter and putting the pool on there. I have not heard from you people in three months and now you send a letter saying i owe you for a pool , i told them the price of the pool was for everything to be completed in the contract the company walked off the job after putting the pool walls up and i had to hire another company to come in put in a liner and then pay them for all the equipment to get the pool ready not to mention all the labor for the work . they said well what if we just come get the pool .The laughter in the background told the whole story . i was steamed and i said ok come get it . no sir we cant do that .. ok then how about if i pay for what services you provided , no sir we have a contract here for a purchase of a whispering wind pool thats what we want ,i said yeah but the purchase included for everything, all the labor, liner, and all the equipemnt such as pump and ladder. no sir you purchased a pool . at that point i found it was usless to continue on talking with equity one. my backyard , which was never finished and is now a flood zone. so i have had to go out hire someone to finish the pool and it is going to cost over $4000 to fix the yard the pool cost $5000. not to mention the amount of $2000 which it took to finish the pool.they now are trying to sue for the pool i got in touch with an attorney and will fight it as long as i can . big corporation against little me..what are the odds.
