Equity Technologies Vendors beware, Equity Technologies will hire you and not pay as promised! Mobile Alabama

Vendors beware, Equity Technologies hired me to remove telephone systems at 2 different locations in New York state. Upon entering the work agreement for the scope of work to be completed and a complete understanding of my firm quote charge with Donna Tew. The dispatcher she told me that my invoices would be paid within 30 days. That was last december 16th 2013. As of today July 7th 2014 I still have not received payment for the 2 jobs. I call the company quite often and I'm always been given the same answer as to when I will be paid. " We will be giving a list of accounts payable invoices for vendors to our President Cathy Giles and the board of directors and you will be contacted if we send you a check. Today my unpaid invoices are 203 days old and still no word of payment terms. I have offered them a plan to send me $ 50.00 a week for the next 11 weeks in order to satisfy the amount owed to me of $ 553.18 but no response. I'm also told by Elizabeth in the accounting department that " in fairness they are paying invoices oldest first.

So that response tells me that back in December of 2013 when they gave me the assigment, they had no intension of honouring the payment in 30 days promise.

This is just a warning to other vendors out there that my be involved with this company .BEWARE!
