ERentalApplications.com Identity theft- Fraudulently taking applications for rentals Internet

We just purchased our home after it had been on the market for over a year and at one point the previous owner listed it for rent, but never rented it out. Since we purchased it, someone has posted it for rent on Craigslist several times recently long after we closed on it. I responded to the add on craigslist and a reply email from x, not even the company email was sent back to me directing me to complete the information at www.erentalapplications.com
The website is PRIVATELY registered, RED FLAG! There is NO privacy policy posted on the site, there is NO contact information AT ALL on the site, no physical address, phone, etc. The website was created in October of last year. It's also a cheap website, probably a template you can purchase online for 66.00

This is a complete scam for the following reasons: 1. my home is listed on their actual site for rent. 2. Any legitamate business WONT have a private registration, 3. They have posted it to craigslist for rent in the past week of my reporting here. 4. Neither the previous owner of my home, the realtors involved or myself have authorized any such posting. It's either a scam to steal your identity or get you to send them money for deposits, etc on housing they dont control. That scam has been in the news lately.
