GEORGE KLAUSE WHO WORKS FOR ERGO PEDIC,AND ALSO SELLS SUPPOSED ERGO PEDIC MATTRESS,Pillows. I have already reported him to Ebay,and have a dispute with Paypal,and have filed a complaint with the Better business bureau. I found out that this company has 22 complaints of which 10 are left un answered. I have also filed a complaint against this company with the Internet Crime Complaint Center. complaint.ic3.gov .

This seller of Ergo Pedic sleep systems I bought an Ergo Pedic #4000 king from. On ebay he claimed it was as good as an Thermpedic mattress,which it is not by a long shot. I also bought two Ergo Pedic pillows,and a Ergo Pedic Mattress topper,and an extra Ergo Pedic Mattress cover. First he sends us from the Ergo Pedic Company, Micro Memory Foam pillows, not the Ergo Pedic ones.

Then he sends us a foam mattress which is labled on the outside coming from CHINA, no mention of Ergo Pedic. The covers were shipped seperately. Then these items are supposed to be new,and just housed in the warehouse,but they were old,and discolored the foam,and I found a 12 inch black hair,and we are all blonde here,and no long hair.

We had contacted him regarding all this, then he finally sent what we thought was an ergo pedic,but the tags had been removed,and not by us. We have photo's and video, of this whole ordeal. We are $929.00 in the hole,and I don't want a replacement,for I don't trust this company and the mattress sags on the left side. Plus, I don't believe we got a real Ergo Pedic.

Then their warranty is that we have to pay an additional 50% for a replacement. I don't think so. All we want from this company and George Klause the seller on ebay is a full refund,and he can have a transport company pick up this junk,at their costs. SO BUYERS BE AWARE OF ERGO PEDIC !!
