These "scammers" are continuing their fraudulent activity.  They promise, in supposedly legal manners, to pay interest and a return of capital.  After entering in to an agreement, with the protections that you think would protect you, they pay what you agreed to for a short period of time and then stop.  In this case they not only stopped paying, they actually moved their location.  Operating under a "front" of operating a U-Haul operation out of their garage, you would think that U-Haul would either take away their franchise or at least be willing to stand behind a modicum of good business practice.  Not.

Do Not lend them any money.  It may be getting towards that time that they are going to try it again.  Now that Richard Brown has declared bankruptcy, he may try it again to raise some money.  He taught his sons well.  They continue their fraudulent activity.
