Eric Schulman is the owner of Mid City properties. He is a slum lord. He has a city official in his pocket, therefore when a tenant complains about sub standard living conditions it is ignored. Eric and his city official friends will strong arm a section 8 tenant to move if they complain about roaches, leaks, bugs, any complaint at all!! He has hundreds of law suits from tenants and investors. He prays on the week and poor that cannot fight his attorneys. Because of his dirty connections in Decatur he buys houses from the poor when they are at the weakest and in times of family deaths!!!! YES he prays on family members when someone has died and they have no money. He offers to help but then steals the homes. He owns over 75 houses and now all of the renters are getting together to try to stop him! It is not fair to people trying to make it. He prays on the weak!!! Just go to one of his houses and you will see the filth he is able to rent due to his contacts and tactics!!!!!! DO NOT RENT OR INVEST WITH THIS SLUM LORD!
