We listed a car on Craigslist, were contacted by Eric Scott via text to purchase the vehicle. He claimed he could not talk due to bad phone service. He wanted it immediately and to be invoiced through PayPal. We invoiced him and got bogus emails supposedly from PayPal that the funds were paid by him. He wanted us to pay his "courier" Lee Hollie @ (((redacted))), Lakewood Co, 80226.

Our directions in the email were to send a money gram to this person for $1500, which was included in hs payment. The emails directed you to respond only thru email and DO NOT call PayPal beacuse it was being handled by a special divison of PayPal.

When I logged into the account to check if payment had been made, there was nothing indicating a payment. But he insisted that we just follow the directions in the email and we would get paid. Needless to say we didn't follow any directions. When we called him out as BS, he never replied.
