He tried 2 buy something from me on Craigslist thru PayPal, & he never mentioned that I would have 2 pay out of pocket 4 the pick up of a 'courier' 2 c*m get the merch. So after the transaction of him depositing the $ in my PayPal acct happened, there when I found out about how it all works. PayPal won't let me refund the money back to him without transferring the money 4 transporting my truck to him out of state which apparently is NYC according to the area code. I'm even willing to pay the $50 transfer fee if PayPal could make the funds 'available' in my account so I can then transfer it back. I have not received a response from either PP or him. PP's policy might involve the FBI, but if PayPal keeps letting scammers do business with them, PayPal should b sued. I haven't payed anything yet, thank god. But PayPal's policy is unfair when it comes 2 refunds. It should be an easy process like it is in stores.
