ESBI inclosed a $16.52 monthly service charge for voicevox voicemail serv. in my phone bill. i have never heard of this company or ordered anything from them. there is a phone number 1 888288 3724 that is their contact number i tried this 3 times but was told this number was not available. i called sbc and they said they would file for a credit with this company. there is no way to contact them online only information i found was from complaints from other people RIPOFF
