I had damage done to my car on Sept , by a Kroger employee. A claim was filed with Sedgwick and estimates were provided. I was told everything was in order and would be receiving my check by Sept 19th, it is now Oct 3rd and I was told the check was lost, I have been given the run around by Glenda Hain who is the processor and her lead Latisha about how long it is going to take to put a stop payment on this check and reisssue. They have been very rude and uncooperative and I also filed a complaint with Kroger about how I am being treated. I work for an insurance compnay and customer service is our number one goal.
This people do not give a d***, in the meantime here I sit unable to get my car fixed.
