ESBI they said that they would stop billing me and that was 6 months ago Nationwide
I had called ESBI ETS and they said that I had ordered this internet place and I didn't and they said that it would be taken care of and stop the billing my phone company Qwest It also reads on my phone bill that they would or can not remove this and that they would find a way for me to pay the bill that I never ordered
