Eschelon Merchant Services and its telesales team called me and used high pressure sales tactics and lied through there teeth to get my business. They made statements and tried to make me think that they obtained my information from Visa international. They said my business was "Flagged by Visa" as low risk and qualified to save me 40% to 70% off my total bill. They claimed to be the interchange recipient that all banks pay into.

I am well educated cause my brother is in the credit card processing business and has our account. I have had several people price my account and they just walk away since i am price at cost. If this company calls you, hang up like they did to me when i asked too many questions.

I was contacted by Eschelon merchant services and told they would probably be able to save me lots of money. I was very skeptical at first but allowed them to come out and show me there rates. They are very informed on what they do and to this date I have saved each and every month. I hope you give them a chance before reading this "brother is giving him rates at "cost". Don't make me laugh, no one gets " at cost". This company has been nothing but great! Thanks Eschelon !

Eschelon Merchant Services Horrible, bait and switch company! A salesman by the name of Lance Braswell came in to my office and told me to try out Escheleon and told me I could save 30-40 dollars a month. He said he had a military background and appeared to be somebody I could trust. I was happy with my current merchant service provider but since Lance told me that if I wanted to quit after using their system that I could and their would be no fees, I signed up. I used their ABSOLUTELY horrible phone interface for a month and I had charges that did not go through due to a glitch on the interface they provided. I had to go back and call many of my customers and ask them for their credit info. ON TOP OF THAT the charges showed up twice on my customers bill so my customers had limited access to their funds due to the crappy interface I was given. I called in to cancel services and upon doing so I was informed I couldn't stop, and if I did I would be billed 50 dollars a month for a year! Whoa LANCE! You didn't tell me about that! Actually he said the exact opposite, that I could try the interface and if I did not like it I could quit and that would be it. I SHOULD NOT HAVE LISTED.  Don't trust these crooks! Phoenix, Arizona
