Eschelon Telecom ripoff cheated employees and screwed the customers even more Minneapolis Minnesota

Myself and several other experienced candidates were made grand promises in our interviews with Eschelon Telecom that almost sounded too good to be true. They were. Immediately upon being hired, they informed us of new rules which completely changed the terms of employment, cut our salaries and changed our job requirements for the worse. All of the promises made in our interviews were blatant lies. This violated various statutes on the books relating to promissary estoppel. This company treats their employees like caged animals.

In addition, as a sales rep my life was miserable because Eschelon Telecom cannot deliver the levels of service they advertise and promise. My time was spent dealing with irate customers, billing problems, and I was even threatened by some of these customers because Eschelon Telecom ripped them off so badly.

Avoid working for Eschelon Telecom and keep your business as far away from them as possible.
