Especially yours Supervisor: Shanda Walker. Frauding, Misleading information, Stealing Money, and keeping Merchandise for Customer, giving the Customer no receipt of transactions Mississauga, Massachusetts

Hello I hope that you can help in any way possible. 

This is in reference to a Company Especially Yours which is a resales Company. I ordered a dress that cost me $49.99. I didn't get a return shipment Label in the box. So that prompt me to call the Company. I spoke with a young Woman. I told her that I didn't get a return label and that I wished to send the dress back in order to get a bigger size which was a 16 in the same dress. She stated to me that it would be no problem in doing that. I told her I would pay for it to be shipped and asked her would I get a refund for the shipping.  She told me know that I wouldn't.  But I would be able to get the size that I wanted. At no time in this conversation did she tell me that there was a policy involved if I send the dress back that the company would keep my dress, and my Money. And donate the Dress without my promotion. Because it's just common sense that if I was told this that I wouldn't have sent the Dress back. Even though it didn't fit but it was my choice not the Company to give the Dress to whom ever I choose to give it to because I paid for the dress it was mine to do as I saw fit to.  After I sent it. I waited and Again, I called two weeks later to confirm that the company received my dress. Again, I spoke with another Woman that told me that they haven't received it as yet. I told her what I wanted in getting a bigger size which was a size 16. She stated to me at that time that it would be no problem. She even with a little farther to assure me that the size that I requested was in the wharehouse. She placed me on hold to check to see came back to the phone and said that she was going to put it into the computer. What I was requesting and that she had checked and the size 16 was available. I thank her so much for her help.  

After Two weeks again on 3/22/15 I called the Company Especially yours to see if my Dress was on the way.  And for the first time I am being told that they have a Policy which allows them on finally sales to keep a Customer's Merchandice and Donate it without the Customer's consent! I spoke to a Supervisor that was very nasty and didn't want to work with me at all. I told her that I have never hear anything like this before, and that twice I called into the Company Especially Yours and spoke with a Sales Representive and was never ever told such a horrible thing. I asked her where was my reciept and didn't get any answer as well.  I told her this Company had no right to keep Customer's Merchadice that they paid for and do what ever they wanted to do.  

For all I know my Dress that I paid for with my owe money could have been given or taken by one of their Employee who's to really know at all.  How are you going to donate my Dress which isn't yours to do what you want.  

I didn't sign any consent or wavier for them to legal be able to do this.  I have written so far the attorney General in Florida and MA.  To me this is a Fraud, and a scam on behalfs of this Company Espeicially Yours and I will certainly do all that I can to make sure nobody I know has any involvement with this horrible and dishononist Company.
