Essential Beauty NOW All customer service reps !! No management. All reps are in India CANNOT BE TRUSTED AT ALL !!!!!! RIPOFF sAN dIEGO,cA Internet

I ordered a $5.00 beauty sample on the internet. Skin broke out in hives ending up at a dermatologist. i called the company to let them know.

     3 weeks later I received 2 full size products from them that I did NOT order. It came in the mail without an incoice or packing slip.

     I went to my bank. This company charged me over $200.00 and took it out of my bank account without any authorization!

     I called the company in San Diego. I wanted to return the 2 unused facial products for a FULL refund! They told me that I cannot return the products and that they would not return my $200.00 !! I asked to speak with a supervisor. They kept saying that he was to busy. I asked for his name Andy Contic and the rep told me that I would have to call him back.

     Well, of course, I tried 6 times in 2 days to get ahold of Andy Contic. He was never available and the rep just kept apologizing to me. By the way, it is a call center in India. The reps could hardly speak English. I asked to speak to a rep here in the USA. The rep told me that they were all busy with other calls.

     This company takes your credit card number on the first Sample Purchase. They kept my card number and put me on an Auto-Delivery membership.

     It is now 4 days later and I have had no luck at all speaking to any individual about my situation!!
