They guarantee removal of dark bags under the eyes and facial wrinkles. They also say they will give you a free 14 day trial period to use and try it out with no obligation to keep it if you do not like the product. Instead, they charge your bank account over $200 for the entire deal. This includes the initial $5.00 for both to handle the shipping charges. Then when you decide to cancel on the 14th day, they have already drafted the amount out of your bank account for $92.97 - Glam Eyes and $92.99 for BDE Skin Fantastiqu. When you explain that you are cancelling your purchase and want a full refund, then they go into overdrive, talking non-stop attempting to make you keep the product by down grading the price, offering other types of payment plans, but no refund. It wasn't until I told them I am reporting them to the AGO about their sales practices, did they offer to give me 50% of my money back. They seem to be selling these cheap creams under the brand of Dr. OZ as a way to pull customers into buying it. Something needs to be done about this scam, cause that is exactly what they are doing, SCAMMING PEOPLE!! PS; I also purchased a similar product ALLEGRO which uses the same practices, so the two may be connected to a much bigger skin care scam than one would suspect.

Company uses deceptive practices selling facial improvement creams/serums that do not work.  They also charge you inside of the date for a 14 trial date to use it, and will charge you for returning unused product instead of refunding your account.  They attempt to keep you a customer by sending out product again, and charging you for the new supply. It is not until you tell them you will get your bank involved in the matter, that they try to reduce your charge by 50%.  However, they refuse to submit to your request for a full refund.  These products are being sold using Dr. Oz as a cover to promote the sale of it.  However, there may be a line of false non-working products they are selling under his name that makes this a much bigger scame than meets the naked eye.  Please do not purchase ANY beauty creams from a Dr. Oz online ad.
