E Support-Live told me that there software was not working on my computer (regular Dell Microsoft Windows 10 computer)

They wanted to transfer the refund to my bank account as they had remote control of computer and they kept making the sceen go black on my side. so i unpluged the computer i was afraid they were going to steal all the money out of my account or the bank account #'s, which they could have gotten the account #'s. 

They called me seraval times since then wanting to erease there sortware and give me a refund.

On 6/24/17 they called wanting access to my computer, said they can't send a check because the amount is to small under $300.00. I think I payed $299.00. The guy also said that there company was closing down.

I had my bank account open for a little while, but as i talk to them it did not sound right, i said you can just send me a refund check and i unpluged my computer because they were not wanting to stop and get off my cumputer. They have called back a couple of times wanting to get back on my cumputer to take there software off, I ask them to send me a refund check they said they could not becuase it is under $300.00. Internet
