This letter is written to document the problems I encountered when dealing with eSureBuy.com They were relatively quick with their order.  I ordered my H17 Motorola  bluetooth headset on 18 January and received it on 27 January.  There were no instructions for replacement should the headset not be operational.  After following the instructions spelled out in a manual that I found on the internet, I determined that the unit was not operational.  I had owned headset previously and knew how to use it. Apparently the company only had one recourse for customers such as myself and that was email.  Follows is my email exchange with them:  (It would appear that they do not read their emails in there entirety.)

Very Disappointing,

Received my headset on 27 Jan 2016.  Two days past the projected arrival date.  Immediately placed the headset on charge.  It never did charge.  When first plugged into the charger received a flashing red light.  The flashing red light continues whenever it is plugged in and the battery is apparently never charged.  Left it on the charger over 24 hours with no change in status.  Have tried some of the tricks called out in the manual to no avail.  It would appear the battery is bad.  

No return instructions came with the unit so I will await your input on where we go from here.

product ships in good and working condition and is tested  prior to shipping 

You have to fully charge it for 12 hours.  Then follow the Users Guide Manual step by step to pair it to your phone.  Your headset should then work fine.

 .  It is under their one year warranty, if need be they will send you a replacement. Their warranty phone number is 800-422-4210

Obviously,

You did not read my message.  I had already done all that you suggested.  The battery will not charge.

Not sure how I can get motorola to honor a warranty when I did not purchase from them??

Since I did not receive a reply to my last message, I assume it is time to kiss my $41.90 goodbye, add eSureBuy.com to my never buy list, and ease my sorrows by writing to BBB, scam advisor, pissedconsumer, ripoffreport, scamaider, and yelp.

I definitely would NOT recommend this online website.  If a star is to be given.  I give them a zero.    I contacted Motorola and have had no satisfaction to date.
