Etax Etax is deceptive ETAX "free" online services Internet

 I used Etax online income tax filing service, under the understanding, according to their advertisement that it was a free service. After going through the steps of entering my information, I came to the part where it had three forms of payment, but I thought it was free, then I read there was a 34.99 dollar charge for direct deposit, so I agreed to it, but today upon checking my account, I only received 35.00 in my account, and I called Etax only to be talked to rudely by customer service which informed me of an additional 65.00 processing fee which I did not see listed on screen but I was informed by the customer service rep. That others have also "overlooked" this information on the processing fees. Etax took over half of the money that was entitled to me, and I am struggling for money at this time being that I am unemployed. By the way the customer service was very very rude.
