I was a former designer that got laid off from Ethan Allen and saw illegal aliens cleaning the furniture every week. I told Jill the manager and then I wa laid off a couple weeks later. These are illegal aliens and they are taking jobs away from American citizens. I called and told them and they said they dont care. I told them they have one week then I am filing a report with the Sheriffs illegal ice operation.

You know... it's very easy to be a racist and make nasty comments here and there and easily get fired for doing so! Maybe, is that why you were fired? For making racist comments?

I honestly do encourage you to take any sort of legal action against Ethan Allen. But be prepared with proof that these people ARE illegals! Not just that, but that Ethan Allen is ACTUALLY the ones that hired these "supposed" illegals.

I also VERY STRONGLY recommend to Ethan Allen and to all of these people that are being refered to as "illegals" to countersue for defamation of character! I strongly feel that this person reporting Ethan Allen and these employees is lieng.

I feel this way because there's no real base to what he/she is claiming! All there is to it is that there were people that "look" like illegals and that he/she complained about it and then go fired.

I believe it's obvious he/she made rude racist remarks and got fired for it. Now this individual is "butt-hurt/bitter" about it. Becareful... defamation of character is a serious thing! Specially when you have a company involved!

to prove that they are illegals and not just people working for minimum wage. I'm betting you can't and are probably just a bitter ex-employee who got fired for your racist sentiments.
