Etitle Loan Gave false information Miami Florida

I was referred by a friend of mines to take out a loan on my car since I was having financial hardship paying for my wedding. I thought about it and decided to give them a call. I made a call, gave the representaive my info over the phone and was approved for loan in the amount of $1,750. I schedule a same day appoinment and no one ever showed up. The following day I called and explained that an agent never came over to my house to sign paper work and give me a check. Of course, the representaive apologized and had an agent come over at a time that was convient for me. The agent finally came, I signed paper work  electronically on an ipad. The info that I was given over the phone was completley different from in person. The fiance charge and and insurance fee (I had my own insurance by the way) was totally a high rate and ridiclious! I was in a bind and I signed off anyway.

I was told that I can pay off my loan in the amount of $1,900 and change (not sure in exact change) over the phone, but the agent told me in person that I would have to pay off within a month $2,013.00 or  the amount of $2,060  if I chose to pay by each month. I choose to pay it off in a month. Again, I was desperate and agreed to the loan. I had to pay off my loan by Nov. 27, 2013. After getting the paper work finalize and sign electronically and also receiving my loan check; the next following day I received phone calls from the company reminding me that I have to pay back my loan by Nov. 27. I would get at least 10-20 calls a day from them, even on the weekends and on the holidays! My wedding date was Nov. 3, 2013, and off course after my wedding I was back in debt. I called and made a refinace payment of 263.00 on Nov. 27, 2013 since I was unable to pay the whole loan. I spoke with a rep and she said that I could just refiance my loan until I can make the full complete payment. My next payment was due on Dec. 27, 2013, I knew I was unable to make a full payment or a refinace payment due to my pay check that was short due to my timesheet error.

I made a call and told them that I can make a refiance payment by Jan 10, 2014. The rep said ok, but my account was at risk and I needed to make a payment as soon as possibe. I was still getting calls everyday, 5-10 mins back to back about my payment (an automic system call). On Tuesday, Jan 7, 2014, my car was repossed by Etitle Loan linking company, Dedicated Repo. I was woken by a banging knock on my door at 1:47 am. I was told to hand over my keys and to take out my belongings in the car. The next day, I called Etitle Loan and was told that I had to pay a full amount of $2,060 plus repossion and storage fee from the Dedicated Repo company. I called the Dedicated Repo company and they said that I had to pay an administration fee of $100 plus $20 per day my car is in storage at there location. I was totally upset!

I had until Jan 17, 2014 before 12 noon to pay to get my car back or they were going to acution it off. I made a partial payment of $680 (thats all I had) and the remaining of $1,390 to etitle loan on Jan. 17, 2014 at 9:45 am. I called to let them know that I made a full payment and requested my property back immediatley! They said ok, wait 10 minutes, "we are going to fax over a relase form to Dedicated Repo to release your car". I phoned Dedicated Repo and the young lady Kathy told me that they picked up my car yesterday Jan. 16, 2014 for sale at the auction location in Davie, FL. I was beynod angry and called Etitle Loan back. I explained to them why my car was up for sale after I was told that I can get my property back before 12 noon if I made a full payment.

 I was put on hold and was told that the manager was working on the paper work to release my car in order for me to pick it up. I was told to call back in 10-20 minutes. Of course they messed up! The manager Wendy called me back within 10 minutes, had the nerve to ask me, "how am I doing today", I responded "not good at all", she giggled in a nervous tone and told me that I had to call a lady by the name of Rachel to get my car back. I called Rachel and she told me that they don't release vechiles on Friday, and that I would have to pick up my car on on Tuesday afetr 1pm since Monday is a holiday. I explained to her that, that's a very inconvience for me. I can't wait until Tuesday to get my vechile. I told her if she can please ask if I can get it relesed today. She say she can go see and can call me back. I waited 45 minutes and she finally called and said that I can come pick my car and had to bring in my ID and a money order in the amount of $145. I finally arrived, I signed and paid for my car relesae. She informed me that Dedicated Repo had my tag and belongs at there location. I was literally pissed off at this point once again!!!

She gave me paper work to show the cops if I got pulled over since I was driving home with no tag. I phoned Dedicated Repo and they said that I had to call back on Tuesday to set an appoinment to pick up my tag and property in the car, sinec I called them at closing time. Of course, I need to pay that as well. Now I have my car but no tag!!!!

Please "do not" and I repeat "do not" take out an auto loan with Etitle Loan. They give false information and they don't care about their customers. I went through 2 weeks of stress trying to get my car back, still don't have my tag and just beyond pissed with my expereince with that comapny. They get a rating of "0" from me.
