Watch out for excessive fees at Etrade. Once you find out about the excessive trading fees and want to transfer your account to another, more customer oriented company, they charge $60.00 for the privilege of releasing your account!

Their quotes are delayed and the online account balances are wrong. There are lots of other stock brokerages out there that are more than willing to provide great service for your account - Don't use Etrade! (unless you enjoy being ripped off).
