etrailer.com buyers beware Wentzville Missouri

I ordered something and they never sent it. I kept trying to contact them to get a tracking number and they never gave me one. 7 days later I call them and they say that the item I ordered has neeb discontinued so I told them to just send me a cheaper version of what I ordered and they agreed. this was my only choice because I had paid for the order with a Visa gift card that I had bought from Home Depot and after I made the purchase I had already thrown the card away so I made it clear to them that there was no way a refund was even possible. I did not want a refund anyways I wanted my license plate that I ordered. they were supposed to email me a tracking number but they never did. so 2 days later I called them again and they said my order was cancelled and they supposedly refunded my money back to my card which clearly they knew they were not supposed to do. Then when I complained to them they said, oh we never charged your card which is a lie and besides how do you refund something you said you never even took in the fist place??
