I visited EURO SHINE BEAUTY SALON 5/11/2012 for their MOTHER'S DAY SPECIAL to try their new 2012 European slimming machine for $150. This is a scam beauty salon PLEASE do not fall for it. Owner JING ZHANG offers money back guarantee on radio commercials and claim they own European slimming machine that produce weight loss in one session. However the machine does not create any slimming effect and the employees who operates the machine do not have cosmetic license/ 15 years cosmetic experience as owner JING ZHANG claim.

The slimming cream they use in the salon is only cheap lotion. They do measurements before/ after but employees calibrate the electronic scale to show weight loss so they do not have to refund customers the money. I had an argument with the employees after the trail session when I caught them changing the setting on their electronic scale to fake my weight loss but they refused to refund me my money.

MY COLLEGE GF ALSO HAD BAD EXPERIENCE W/THIS PLACE AND I THINK SHE FILED A POLICE REPORT W/LA COUNTY SHERIFF DEPARTMENT, ITS UNDER INVESTIGATION ABOUT THIS OWNER NAMED JING, CAUSE SHE IS A FRAUD AROUND THE RH/ALHAMBRA AREA.

I live in the Diamond Bar area and my wife was a victim of this spa back in Christmas of 2011. I believe the correct name of this business is Jing's Beauty Spa, it is located on the corner of Colima and Nogales in Rowland Heights right by the 99cent store- the owner Jing Zhang somehow claims the spa belongs to a millionaire who travels around the world but she is actually the true owner. Zhang advertise her spa on Chinese 1300 AM programs and offer money back guarantee to try their so-called slimming machine, my wife's story is similar to yours only difference is she was charged $98. The staff told my wife she had a 5% body fat loss after the 40mins session rubbing on her stomach using a air sucking tube attached from a rusted machine. My wife questioned the staff about the body fat scale setting after noticing it was manually changed to reflect fat loss but they ignored her request. The staff refused to present any certification of the slimming machine as wells as any cosmetic licenses. In my opinion they are trying to fool 5 year olds who have no comment sense or someone who do not own a scale at home. I asked my wife if she signed a medical consent form before being operated by the machine- which she never did, so that shows the machine is not authentic since they will always ask you to sign beforehand so they will not be liable for any discomfort or side effect from the rapid fat burning effect. After the session Zhang went on and continue to sale my wife the full weight loss package which was over $3000. My wife didn't argue with the staff right then and there since she is quite a petite woman and there were around 3-4 staff surrounding her at the time so she felt very intimidated by their attitude. We disputed the charge through our bank and Wells Fargo was very accommodating and helpful in this manner so we received our full refund, you should also try this method unless you paid with cash.
