Euro Shine Poor service, Unprofessional, and unstable Van Nuys California

EUROSHINE: They were hired to do a Post Construction cleaning. However, the staff of EuroShine was very sloppy, did not pay attention to any detail, nor did they follow our instructions

We have been remodeling our parents home for the past year. We had found EuroShine and had a consultation at the house with the owner. She expressed how detailed and diligent EuroShine was.

However, we were shocked and outraged as we observed their bad work and especially the behavior of the owner.

1) They were supposed to do a thorough cleaning in the attic but after they were finished in a mere hour or so, we went to check the attic and it was still had dirt and construction debris. They had to go back and do it again after they got caught.
2) They could not and would not clean the window tracts as was promised to us. They left dirt and drywall material in tracts, they had to repeat cleaning in several different areas due to their lack of training (the crew seemed were very young and seemed very inexperienced),
.3) Some workers took long phone and smoking breaks.
4) They did not follow our instructions, but did their "own thing," which was the most irritating thing.
5) Euroshine did a extremely poor job overall -- such as leaving dirt and grease on the cabinets and construction dust on the all walls in the house.
But the worst thing was the owner's foul language to my wife and when I asked them to leave due their bad work, the owner actually started spraying and wiping some kind of oil in and on the new windows in, as in my opinion, retaliation!--very unprofessional and totally unacceptable--we have video (via IPhone) of her doing so this.

I have read the other reviews, however, many folks are not particular so a half-baked job may seem like a "good" job, however, we are extremely detailed and demand the same from any company--esp. a cleaning company who is very high priced.

EuroShine the most unprofessional and low quality company I have ever seen. They were disrespectful and had an extreme lack of work ethic and detail. We should have hired a local maid-service, I am confident they would have done a better job and actually listened and followed our instructions.
