I purchase a device for taking pins out of metal watch straps.
The item only cost 2 with shipping but as I dont have a paypal account, the easiest way for me to pay was by credit card as they advertised the fact they accepted credit cards.
I never received no invoice, had to email them 4 time before I got a sarcastic reply with the payment processor address.
I dismissed the sarcasm and paid the day I received the email as I needed this item before Christmas as I had bought an Armani watch off ebay but the strap was way too big.
A week went buy and my payment still hadnt been processed, I emailed Europa, again received no response, obviously a 2 sale doesnt warrant a reply.
Finally I was left with no option but to lodge a complaint with ebay and leave negative feedback.
Then to my surprise, they had left negative feedback for me stating I was a non paying bidder and when you consider my feedback was unblemished as I am a promt payer, I was pretty shocked, I expected negative feedback but to say I had not payed just took the biscuit.

Looking back at it, its pretty obvious why they did not follow through with the transaction, the processing company would have most probably charged them more to process the payment than what I was actually paying for the item.

Would I use this seller again?

This is by far the worst seller I have had the misfortune to deal with on ebay.

Europa seem to think they can just lie and everything will be alright because the negative feedback just gets eaten up by the positive but believe me, I have nothing to lie about regarding a purchase, what I really needed before Christmas.

I am now going to have to try and get the watch strap altered on Christmas Eve as this is the earliest opportunity I will have due to work.
