Evalonline practices theft of services, and I am reporting them to everyone I can get my hands on.  During this slow market we take on outside jobs to feed our families and one of these jobs are BPO's, like contracting work we go to far out address and evaluate sometimes remote area homes,
 
All and any properties, it takes us time, we talk to zoning, local officials, neighbors, assessors, we take measurements, pictures, a**ess damages, we get shot at sometimes, chased by dogs, police called on us, yelled at by homeowners, we feel like Dog the Bounty Hunter sometimes, this is actually a dangerous job, because the pictures we are told to get sometimes get misconstrued as tresspassing, we just cannot cross certain lines if the property is inhabited.  Anyway then we spend a fortune in gas, and do a weeks worth of appraisal job in our computers in the required one or two days, for all this???????????????We get nothing,

Evaluation Solutions aka EVALONLINE, feels after all that work we just uploaded to them, that they will not pay us!!!! They owe hundreds of thousands to Realtors/Brokers around the country, alot are not even reporting this.  (TOO BUZY) and that is what this company is counting on.  They need to be shut down and class actions suits filed, mechanics liens, and theft of services filed, so that they are arrested.  If their assets were damaged they would certainley start paying agents off!!!!
