Event Tickets Broke the Law Las Vegas Nevada

My wife purchased two tickets to the Seattle Seahawks / St. Louis Rams game for 10/21. The tickets were advertised for $75 each, and with an $11 transaction fee, the total came to $161. We paid with our credit card. All the elements of a legal transaction seemed to be present...offer made, offer accepted, and the exchange of money. However when the tickets did not show up, we called and were told that we'd have to pay an additional $24 per ticket to get tickets to the game. This is worse than bad customer service, this is illegal, and these people should not be allowed to operate a business. We were told that they wanted to contact us but didn't know how, which is totally bogus, since we had to provide our home address to complete the credit card transaction. If they really had just made a mistake, they would have at the very least sent us a letter. Thankfully our money was refunded before these people go out of business or are shut down by the state of Nevada.
