While applying for a loan, I had to enter my banking information. Apparently, there was a box at the bottom of the application and in very small writing it told me that my account would be debited for 49.95 for a 'virtual' pre paid credit card. I have no use for a prepaid credit card. I have a credit card as well as a bank account.

I called the customer service number and the woman, who spoke very poor English, hung up on me. I then went to their website and filled out the online complaint form. I received an email back stating that they refuse to refund my money. I got nothing in return for my money. My account was debited on March 28 and on March 29 I filed the claim. All I want is my money back.
