I thought I was getting a 10-day trial too, but the small print says one has to cancel within 4 days of ordering, which includes the time taken for shipping and handling ..... I received the package 16 days after the date they shipped it (I am in Canada).
Their terms and conditions are so written that you will pay the extortionate price for the first month anyway, plus the delivery charge for the "trial" shipment.
Their great "customer reviews" must also be fraudulent.
No apparent redress for a loss of about $180 ........... their lawyers were pretty good at writing up terms and conditions, but I still believe the OFFER is fraudulent as I never did receive a "free trial".
(You have these comments in two areas - one for Everbrightsmiles one for KIBO CLEAR. which is the same operation. I think you should combine them)
