While searching on the internet I was directed to a consumer reports article about a young mother who had ordered two trial size teeth whitening products on the internet. She had tried them together and they had worked wonders. She stated that you should use them both at the same time for the great benefits. Along with her comments there were also numerous other claims from others who had ordered the same products and they raved about how wonderful they were.

I then went to two different websites and using promo codes ordered both products. The first was the everbright smiles and they charged 1.95. The next site was the vibrant white site which charged about the same, but came with a membership. It was my understanding that I had 5 days from the time I received the product to cancel my membership fee of 126.00. That was not the case. I ordered the products on January 9th and they took 126.00 out of my bank account on January 12th, but I did not realize this, because I did not receive the vibrant white product until January 27th.

I tried to call the number on my email, but they were not open. I called again on February 1st and told them how upset I was. The first woman was no help so I asked to speak to a supervisor. This woman was very direct, said the membership information was plainly written on the advertisement and if I wanted to cancel my membership I should have done so within the first 5 days of ordering.

I continued to tell her I would never have agreed to a membership of something I had never tried, but she was unsympathethic. I told her I felt this was a scam, but she was not changing her mind. When I told her I needed an address for my lawyer to contact she gave me an address in Great Britain and said there was no one in the U.S. to contact.

My next recourse was to go to my bank. I had ordered the products using my debit card so they said there was no way to get the money back. The only solution was to cancel that card so that's what I did. Lo and behold, before they could cancel there was another withdrawl from my account from a company in Georgia named KIBO clear for 158.00 pending. Now I have to file a dispute with the company, but I'm liable for the first 50.00 for something I did not order!

After doing some research I understand that this is truly a scam. The Consumer Reports article was fake, as well as, all of the comments made by the other people. This company, under many different names, is robbing people of millions of dollars. I am so upset with the company, but also with myself for having fallen for their tricks. I am an educated woman with a master's degree in education, but I suppose I am too trusting of people. It's hard to believe that there are really people out there who make a living thinking up ways to rob people of their hard earned money. This is truly a lesson learned by me, but what about all the other unsuspecting people out there who are trying to save a few dollars. I hope and pray that none of my students will grow up and take advantage of people in this way. I also pray for those people who are behind this scam. Imagine the potential of the minds if they were used to do good in the world instead of trying to get something for nothing.
