I purchased an item over the internet for a total cost of just over $130 . This was taken off my mastercard that day. The next day, a return was credited of $124. No explantion as to why.

As for thier "full money back guarantee" , I researched and found one of thier adds had the smallprint of "less shipping fees" but how come I was charged for these shipping fees when the product was never actually sent?

It is obviously a scam, they straight up stole $6 from me. It may not seem like a lot, but im sure it adds up.

I emailed thier customer service address, asking for an explanation and the return of my money in full, and suprise, suprise,  no response.
