Everprivatecard Debited my account without consent, sent a refund check and stopped payment Internet

This company obtained my information from online and debited my account $49.95 without my consent. The only way you can contact them is through the internet only. The customer service number that is provided does not get you to a live person it jsut says that for customer service you must go through e-mail only.

I contacted them through e-mail and it took me about 2 weeks of going back and forth for them to finally agree to refund me my money. They said that they could not debited back into my account, they had to send me a check which would take 7-10 business days. I finally received the refund check and went to cash the check but come to find out they had stop payment on the check and per the bank they had about 500 checks out all with a stop payment.

So now I have no choice but to close my bank account and no way to have my money refunded back to me. This is ridiculous that a company can keep doing this to people and get away with it.
