I'll start at the end and work my way back. We put a UTM tracking link on the email that was supposedly sent out to thousands of individuals. We had 0 link clicks, yet Exact Data reported hundreds of link clicks. When we asked why there was a discrepancy, they told us that the clicks could've been anywhere on the email. But again, there is no verifiable data to prove that this ever happened.    What's more?

Their communication in general is terrible, everything they speak about is vague, and nobody knows any information about the services they offer, just a bunch of useless sales people.    We saw the bad reviews and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt... don't make the same mistake.
