I have read the towing compliance law for texas in detail and knoq for a fact that this any is in violation of the law. I have also filed a police report. Excalibur towing has towed my car three times in the last 30 days. They towed it the firat week in December for expired safety inspection, but never notified me in person nor did they send certified letter. I had to pay $260 to vet it out of the storage facility located at California Crossing. 11 days ago they towed it out of my LEASED parking spot, where we dont require parking permits. They had to bring it back becauae their tow was not authorized. And now again today, they have towed it from my leased space, for the inspection sticker again, but still did not hive the proper notice in person or via certified letter. I am now uoset to the pi nt where i feel like their business needs to be fined heavily for their unlawful business practices and i want my car returned and my money back.

As many vehicle owners are learning, that live in apartment complexes, if the apartment complex does not notify them by Certified Mail that their inspection or registration sticker is expired allowing 10 days prior to towing, the apartment complex is liable for $1000 plus triple what you paid to retrieve your vehicle.
Texas Occupations Code 2308.253(c) states the requirement.
I urge you to contact one of the many attorneys that represent victims as yourself to recover every dime your entitled to by contacting David Walters at 512-236-1114, they will take your case on contignecy and you will not lose, as nobody else has lost as of yet if towed for this reason.
The towing companies claim they have the right to send this required notice, but State Law also states the towing company cannot provide anything of value in connection with the removal of a vehicle. The last time I checked, you cannot mail a certified letter without postage.

"And now again today, they have towed it from my leased space, for the inspection sticker again,"
Are they required "by Law" to notify you in person or by certified letter? What part of the law is this requirement in?
IF. indeed, they are breaking the law, notify the regulatory agency in your state that governs the towing industry.
Oh, yeah, GET A NEW INSPECTION STICKER.
