Excede Internet Wild BlueViaSat False Information Given To Customers and Horrible Customer Service Denver, CO Nationwide
I have had issues with the service and customer service at Excede since I got the service in October. The man who connected my service was not well informed with what he was suposed to do. I had asked if I would be able to play online games with their service and I was told I would be able to. I have found I can play slow games such as solitare but faster games such as role playing games I can not. Facebook works sometimes but is very slow. I pay for 10 gig of use and I very seldom use it because of the many updates required and the updates are not taken off of the 10 gig. I am able to use this service approximately 50% of the time when I want to.
