Excede Internet service rip-off Englewood California

I first called Excede because I was told it was the only way to get internet where I live. The deal didn't seem all that bad, only $49.95 per month for 10GB. Plenty of GB for the little I do on the internet, right? Wrong!!!! First the service cuts out about every other day, a little wind, a raindrop, or maybe I just looked at the dish and service disconnects. The first month I used up all 10GB on the first night!!!! WOW. I called and they offered to give me 5GB back. Okay, then. Those 5GB lasted for the entire month. Amazing! The next month we were fine with our usage, the same the month after. Since then I have run out of high-speed every month after 15 - 20 days. I do not use the internet for TV, games, or downloads. Just a little bit of browsing and some facebook. Add to that the fact that my service is out of order for around 50% of the time and I have no idea how I could possibly be running out of high speed. When I called to inquire about cancelling I was told that I would have to pay $330.00 to do so. That doesn't even compy with the contract. I have 18 months left on a 2-year service plan, my contract states that early cancellation will result in a fee of $15.00 for each month left, that would come to $270.00. So, the only option left to me is to keep the service, which sucks, because I have found another provider who will give me 200GB for $50.00 a month without a contract. In the meantime, however, I will be filing complaints anywhere I can, including the BBB and the Attorney General. This company needs to be stopped.
