I bought a new house in the country. I signed up for excede internet through wildblue because well it is all we can get. I signed up for their new UNLIMITED DATA PLAN. Now after 5 months they call me today to say hey you are using too much data. I was like uh I have unlimited, she said yes I know but we are going to change that and now only give you 150 gb. If you go over that we will slow down your speed and then cancel you. That is classic bait and switch. Oh and then I said well maybe I will call back and cancel then, and she said no you can't because only one other person knows we are lowering people's speed. Only me and one other person are calling people because we didn't want a big deal made over it. That sounds really shady. We cannot get television where we are and barely was able to install the dish for excede. I am stuck with this and constantly worried about my internet time.

I do not know how there was any Miscommunication, because "we will only allow you 150gb and if you go over it again we will cancel you" is pretty clear to me. I know if I send my information to you I will be canceled. I just think it is pretty messed up that I paid for the top plan but am really only getting the plan for 6 months like the next plan down. I lowered all my video speeds and barely watch anything now. My daughter is constantly asking if she can watch something and I am constantly saying no or maybe later. This has turned my dream home in the country into hell. So instead of sending you my info why don't you just send something to all the people that woman and the other person called and set the record straight. I use our internet for work and so we have cell service I cannot lose my internet.
