My experience with exit realty is not a pleasant one. For those of you who are planning on putting your property on the market do not go for Exit Realty.

I trusted the broker of this company with the keys to my condos, so he could sell the property. Instead he has one of his employees living in it. I gave him the keys in Feb. no one informed me that the house was being occupied, until one of the agents mistakenly informed me of it at the end of June.

When I asked for the lease, they said that they didn't make one because it was an informal procedure. Now, he refuses to answer my calls. The lady occupying my condo has only paid 2 months and she has been living there since April (Supposedly).

Avoid yourself the hassle of dealing with unprofessional real state personnel and go somewhere else.
