Their company states that they will convert bitcoins into cash sent to my bank account. I Have not received my money and now they want more. I told them I do not have more just return my  money to my bitcoin wallet and they can even keep the 3% fee they mention but no reply. I have sent them a few emails.
 
They Write:
 
Greetings,
Dear sir,
Our automatic system has received your bitcoins payment of 100$
We are so sorry, confirmation was slow, but now it is confirmed,
Out system is trying to send money into your TD Bank, USA
But error
"Recipient Account can Accept minimum 250$ by international Remittance"

Please make an other transaction of 150$ by bitcoins, so that you could be get paid of your total amount 250$ into your TD Bank, USA.
