Expecam Return call to sell more and not a complete package New York? new york?

I order a Canon Digital camera. Of course the best price on the web. After ordering I got phone calls and E mails asking me to contact them about my order. When I finally got through they wanted to sell me a charger for the camera.

I had read on the web that this could happen so I said no as I knew the camera package advertised by others included the charger and other parts.
They said it was not part of "their" package. The camera ordered comes from Canon with charger, cables, software, etc. from all the other dealer I have investigated. There of no indication that it was not the complete package others are selling.

At least they said they would cancel the order and they did send me a e-mail confirmation. I will check my credit card account to verify that they do not charge me.

I lost about 5 days in the order process as I know they were not going to complete the order until they talked with me. Their call makes it seem like there was a problem with the card or address.
Thisis not a company that I would want to do business with.
