I purchased a stainless steel island hood from Explorer on ebay on May 24, 2005. Candace Stuart called and told me that they had broken the one that I had bought, but that they could substitute a similar model or send me a glass for it that did not fit and I could have it cut. I opted for the other unit. It was sent without any electrical controls and without any wiring diagram.

I have made numerous attempts by email and by phone to contact these people and they refuse to return calls. They are no longer operating on Ebay and their websites no longer function. Their agent for process is Art Sloan 1850 5th Avenue, San Diego, CA 92101 tel. 858-549-7801.
