Expo Design Center major struggle to get them to honor warranties. had to involve attorney general. Scottsdale Arizona

We ordered carpet and window treatments from Expo. We had nothing but problems from the very beginning with falling through the cracks on order (window treatments) to getting all delivery information repeatedly wrong for carpet. When it was all installed, the carpet installation was done poorly and a loop in the berber was pulled up from day one in my infant daughter's room. They ordered and installed the wrong lever for our vertical blinds and then that also had a repair issue. I had to call every week for over a month, couldn't get them to respond. They didn't update my address and phone number for new house (we built new so had different contact info when we ordered) which caused numerous problems. They wouldn't send anyone to fix the carpet until I contacted the attorney general's office and they STILL haven't followed up to fix the blinds. I guess I'll wait for the attorney general's consumer fraud division to resolve this but I personally will NEVER use Expo or Home Depot again. They have absolutely NO desire to provide customer service and they won't, apparently, even honor their own warranties unless there's the threat of legal action. STAY AWAY!
