I paid thousands of dollars to consolidate my bills, however Express Consolidation did not pay anything! I want my money back and I have filed a report with the FTC and the attorney generals office. The FTC had won several cases against Randall l Leshin and some checks are currently being sent out. When I called Express Consolidation, they claimed they did not do business with me and had no records of it!
