Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers 10 minute oil changes Ripped off for service Allen Texas

I went in on rthe 6th of June to have a oil change, fuel filter changed and AC service. The truck was a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado. The AC blew very cold air unless you were setting at idle. I was told there were no leaks afer a die test. They told me the servoice should fix it. The 7th I took it back it was worse and they put on a new compressor I had to remind them ogf the dryer but it was fionally all done and paid them $402.20. The next morning it would not blow cold. They told me it was then a part in the dash that would require about 7 hours of labor because the seats would have to come out. The freon was still at the same level as iot was the day before so I knew it was not leakining. They were closed Sunday so Monday I called to find the GM was fired over the weekend and the owner Ignor, would not get on the phone because she didn't speak English. So I drove over knowing or hoping they would take care of it. Before I stopped there I had it looked at at another servicing center and there is a part called a orifice that is changed with every compressor also the system should have been flushed. On my invoice it shows they did in fact change it but didn't. The original Orifice was still in the system and hadn't been touched. The Orifice and flushing had not been done that in fact ruined the new parts they had put on. I asked for them to look at it but Ignor said she would do nothing, return none of my money and had no AC service mechanic there but basically asked me to leave that everything was being recorded. I ended up paying another shop $700 to fix it right and now it is fixed but Express oil made $402.20 from me for absolutely nothing. I was told I had a two year warranty that is on my invoice but would not even look at it. They had hored a new GM that continued to inject his input but he knew nothing of what happened. It cost me days of work and much more money than it should have. I can not understanmd how any business thinks they can take someones hard earned money, and not do the job they were hored to do. I am planning on filing with the BBB as well as filing a civil suit oin this company but wanted everyone to BE AWARE of this place. Anything outside of a oil change they are not qualified to be doing mechanic work. I paid half cash and half CC and disputed the half on my CC but was told it was no guarabntee. If they do not back me on this I will change banks as well..
