     While driving from AZ to CO with two vehicles in order to get my daughter to college, we had the missfortune of seeing just how horrible Denver traffic is.   Made so much worse due to poorly planned road construction, and drivers that should have never been given licenses.  With no toll notification, which I believe is not legal, we ended up driving a short distance on: E470 Plaza B,C,D, & E.  If we had been forwarned, we would have had the opportunity to take a different route, so this is more of a scam, and I can't believe it is allowed.  The state of CO owes myself and family, for putting our lives at risk, from extreme negligence, in multiple areas!  Instead, they are trying to scam $29.60 for Toll use, we had no say in.
