I was charged $25.00 LATE FEE. $10 FOR 5 days and $15 for 10 days. I asked why and the manager said this is the company policy. So I told I am moving my stuff and that they will give me a refund for the number of days not used but was charged one month in advanced. The manager then calculated supposed to be my refund total $29.79 but she said that I will not get a penny because company policy if the refund is less than $35.00 you will not get it. I asked who will take my money, they WILL.... THE COMPANY..EXTRA SPACE STORAGE SO BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

When you sign up for the storage the terms are explained to you and everything is in the contract. If you pay your bill on time you will not have to pay those fees. As well as the vacate policy is in the contract and in the move out notice.
