The website read "FREE Trial" and "FREE trial bottle", the price for either product was $0 cost:  "Extreme Fit Garcinina Cambogia" and "Extreme Fit 180 Extreme Cleanse". The company sets up automatic monthly shipment unless you call to cancel. I ordered both of these "FREE" trial products on 12/22/17 and received it after Christmas, 12/27/17. I called in on 1/6/18 (withing the 14-day trial period) to cancel any further shipments because I got heart palpitations from trying the Garcinia Cambogia and thought that was the end of the transaction. Because both products were a "FREE" trial offer, there should have only have been a shipping charge of $4.95 per item on my credit card. My credit card was charged $149.90, 1/5/18 amount of $79.95 (Garcinia Cambogia) and 1/6/18 amount of $69.95 (Extreme Cleanse).

Since it was a "FREE" trial offer, the sales person recommended the Extreme Cleanse product because the sales person said they would work best together. Again, no price for any future monthly automatic orders was given and I did not ask because I wanted to try the product first. The website states "Free trial bottle" just pay the shipping costs.  

When I called in to complain and ask that the charges for both "FREE" trial products should be refunded, the sales person said that because I did not return the "FREE" product in 30 days that I do not have any options. When I called into the company on 1/6/18, nothing was said to me about returning the "FREE Trial bottles", I even talked to a supervisor who told me that because I did not return the product within the 30 days, there was nothing the company would do.
