My experience was nearly identical with these other reports. I suspect they ran my cd through a computer program, which "sweetened" the sound, and sent it out without listening to it. When I asked for revisions (for errors that their own software created) they stopped communication. Now their website and all contact info is gone.

I filed a previous report, but wanted to add my contact info, in case anyone makes progress trying to get retribution: Brian 303-519-9613. In particular, Sara, I see your nonprofit is in Boulder, CO. I am in Lafayette, CO and would be interested in discussing strategies. Thanks.

Brian,

Unfortunatly due to our current economic hardships, the company Extreme Mastering has recently closed and all equipment sold. The client in this case has been issued a full refund of $125.00 because the work could not be completed.

All clients who did not yet receive the product they paid for, currently are receiving, or will be receiving their completed project or a full refund.

Additionally, Extreme Mastering is not trying to scam or rip off anyone for any reason, but simply could not sustain itself in todays economy.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are trying to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
