Eye Mart Ran special on no line bifocals, phoned to confirm price,traveled 100 miles to be met with the typical bait and switch technique.Cost went from $165 to $355 because they said the price on medium sized lenses were much higher! Fort Smith Arkansas

I have needed noline bifocals for some time but they are so costly. Recently I saw a commercial for Eye Mart and they advertised a special of two pair of glasses with no line bifocal lenses for less than $170. As I live a 100 miles away I called to verify the price because I did not want to get there only to find they had so many stipulations it would be impossible to get the glasses at that price. I voiced my concerns over the phone and the gal assured me of the special.
When we got there we found the selection of frames for this special was very scarce. I finally found one pair on the special rack that I was satisfied with. Afterwords I was told the frames even though they were on the special rack were $20 more.
Then after my frames were measured for noline bifocals I ws told the price would go from just less than $170 to over $350. The excuse was that the lense size was smaller so the lenses would be much more. I have never hear of anything so rediculous.
I wasted gas and one of my rare days off. I am very inhappy with thier bait and switch method of doing business.
